“Title 8, Code of Federal Regulations (which is) the general provisions of laws enacted by Congress are interpreted and implemented by regulations issued by various agencies” defines an illegal alien as those “who attempt clandestine entry into the United States or entry into the United States with fraudulent documents or who remain in the country after their nonimmigrant visas expire…” (1) They ARE NOT migrants, migrant workers, undocumented workers or immigrants, unauthorized workers or immigrant, day-crossers, foreigners, exiles, asylum seekers, out of state residents, non-citizen workers or residents.
Whether the ANYONE likes it or not if you illegally cross the US border or if you illegally overstay your visa in the US, or you commit fraud to enter the US illegally (i.e. Birth Tourism) the LAW defines you having committed a crime AND it defines you as an illegal alien. Those people who ‘prefer’ to call it something else to make it sound better or politically correct are doing nothing but deceive themselves & America. We don’t call bank robbers ‘unauthorized withdrawers’, or home burglars “unauthorized tenants” or thieves “undocumented possession holders” or driver who simply don’t like to drive the speed limit ‘Ayslum drivers’.
Some claim that because illegal crossing our border or a visa over stay is a misdemeanor that it’s no big deal, but in many cases a misdemeanor crime carries a penalty of up to ONE year in jail (that’s 365 days), fines, probation, community service, and the payment of restitution to any victims. A crime is a crime whether it be a felony or misdemeanor and those who try to disguise that fact are not only doing a disservice to those who are enticed to illegals cross the border but to those who are law abiding citizens who live and work in the US. We must have equal treatment under the law for all those who violate the law this goes for politicians, for citizens, and for those who violated our sovereign borders regardless of the reason!
That being said, the motive behind the great deception of the is not one of philanthropy, altruism or compassion but of an unadulterated political power grab by certain states, politicians and their media cohorts. These politicians are now using the 14th amendment of the US constitution increase their presence thus their power in the electoral college, in Washington DC and in their state houses.
The pew research center found that in 2016 California, Texas, Florida, New York, New Jersey and Illinois had 58% of the illegal aliens in the US. (5) It’s also interesting to know that in these states, like many others in the US, the urban city areas tend to vote more democrat while the rural areas tend to vote more republican. (6) They also found that “over 60 percent of the 11.1 million undocumented immigrants in the United States are concentrated in just 20 major metropolitan areas, a far higher proportion than U.S. residents as a whole who live in urban areas. (7)
In the 2016 election cycle California, Texas, Florida, New York, New Jersey and Illinois represented 185 electoral votes or 68% of the votes needed select a president. That means the above six states plus the nine New England states plus five other democrat states or 20 out of 50 states could select the next president because they ALREADY have electoral votes thanks to the illegal alien population in America! They don’t want illegal aliens in America because it’s the right thing to do or because they feel some sort of compassion for them and their plights. They only want them here, so they can increase their parties’ political power & their personal financial power at the expense of Americans Citizens and if they try to tell you it’s for any other reason, they are outright lying to you. The main stream media supports them in this regard and they are just as guilty when the time comes to assign blame and consequences.
This is why it is important to always be an educated and informed voter because WE will always see thought this mist of misinformation propagated by these treasonous politicians and their media ‘friends’. Regardless of your personal feelings about them or their party we must put ‘America First’ and vote out these Traitors and destroy their media accomplices who continue to promulgate these lies and who’s only goal is to destroy our country and all she stands for!
Final Note: It is NOT racist to want the laws duly passed congress and signed into the president to be enforced equally upon ANYONE who is within the borders of the United States of America. If you don't like the US law you must elect legislators who agree and are willing to change then AND you must elect a president who is willing to sign the new laws, too. Finding a liberal activist partisan judges to illegally injunct the federal government just because they don't like the law is not the answer. Judges have NO authority to determine the constitutionality of executive orders or whether a law is unconstitutional before they're even enacted. It that's the way we are going one could technically law argue that ALL laws are unconstitutional and therefore must be stuck down leaving the entire country in chaos! #truth_is_not_a_violation_of_community_standards_
