For years, the democrats claim that election fraud is a myth. So why was it then that in 2016 the all-knowing and seeing california democrats passed assembly Bill No. 1921? A bill that some say, “would allow anybody to walk into an elections office and hand over truckloads of vote by mail envelopes with ballots inside, no questions asked, no verified records kept,” and “It amounts to an open invitation to large-scale vote buying, voter coercion, ‘granny farming,’ and automated forgery.” (1)
So what does the actual bill say? The california legislative information site says that Assembly Bill No. 1921, Existing law requires that the vote by mail ballot be available to any registered voter. Under existing law, a voter who is unable to return his or her vote by mail ballot may designate his or her spouse, child, parent, grandparent, grandchild, brother, sister, or person residing in the same household as the vote by mail voter to return the vote by mail ballot…This bill would remove those restrictions and instead authorize the designation of any person to return a vote by mail ballot. What else is being said about this new law & Ballot harvesting: So “AB 1921 solves no problem that a simple stamp can’t solve.” (1)
Eric Eggers said California’s enormous non-citizen and illegal alien population — almost 11 million foreign-born residents reside in the state — is likely contributing to potential voter fraud that is facilitated because of ballot harvesting. (3)
Ballot Harvesting: Is illegal in most states. But not California. As if it wasn’t enough for every person to be automatically registered to vote and receive a ballot, Democrats have made it easier for their campaign operatives to collect those absentee ballots. Also in 2016, state lawmakers eliminated the ballot protection law that enabled only a trusted family member to return another voter’s ballot. (4)
On election day there were at least SIX races in California where the republicans were all ahead enough to declare victory, and then like in broward and palm beach counties hundreds of thousands of votes where suddenly found and counted and shockingly most of the votes went to democrats. In orange county, ca alone, there were over 250,000 ballots found. (1)
State wide 5 million ballots which was more than 40 percent of the overall total after the election, and democrats many of these votes went to democrats rather than to republicans (5).
Neal Kelley, the registrar for voters in Southern California’s Orange County stated, “Anecdotally there was a lot of evidence that ballot harvesting was going on,”…“People were carrying in stacks of 100 and 200 of them. We had had multiple people calling to ask if these people were allowed to do this,” (6)
“The way I see it, it turns all elections into a union card-check election,” Matthew Harper, a California Republican assemblyman said. “They might go house to house, person to person, and there’s no secret ballot. They can see if you voted the right way.” (7)
In 2012, a problem with ballot harvesting led to voter fraud in Arizona, said Patty Hansen, the recorder in Coconino County, Arizona. An advocacy group not affiliated with a political campaign in Flagstaff, Arizona, had staff members pretend to be from the county’s election office when they collected ballots, she said. (7)
Montana’s referendum narrowly made it on the ballot by a thin vote in the Legislature with the support of most Republicans and only one Democrat. Seth Berglee, a Republican state representative, said the measure would prevent organizations and political parties from intimidating voters, while still allowing family and friends to help a voter in need.
“We had some issues in Montana during the last election where people were going door to door, asking who they voted for and picking up their ballots,” Seth Berglee, a Republican state representative said, referring to 2016 news reports. “People called the police. That raises issues with voter integrity. I don’t think wholesale ballot collection is the way to go.” (7)
In 2016, “the Supreme Court (SC0TUS) issued an order on Saturday allowing Arizona to enforce a law banning so-called ballot harvesting, in which others collect voters’ completed absentee ballots and submit them to election officials. The court’s two-sentence order stayed a ruling from the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit that would have temporarily blocked the law.” (8) While previously, “A divided three-judge panel of the Ninth Circuit refused to block (same) the law, reasoning that it placed a minimal burden on the right to vote while advancing the state’s interests in “preserving ballot secrecy and preventing undue influence, fraud, ballot tampering and voter intimidation.” (8)
This revision in the california law does nothing but allow the democrat party to legally “stuff” the ballot boxes in favor of their candidates. We saw in florida that democrats will do anything to win including mysteriously finding & counting 80k unsecured ballots, destroying ballots, counting invalid votes, mixing invalid votes with valid ones, violating the florida constitution, violating court orders and being found guilty violating election laws. If they will do it in florida why not in california, why not new york, why not in Washington D.C.? (9,10) They do it because that is the only way they can win. Now that they have been exposed as an anti-America party filled with communist infiltrators they can only win by hook or crook, and the worsts part is that many people let them do it!
