ELIGIBILITY The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of FLORIDA AND MUST BE A RESIDENT OF STRAWBERRY RIDGE VILLAGE in Valrico Florida who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, immediate family members, and household members of the Sponsor or members, immediate family members of are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD The Sweepstakes is conducted quarterly each calendar year. Each quarterly entry period begins on the first day of the quarter and ends on the last day of the quarter at 11:59 PM local time. Quarterly periods are as follows: January 1 – March 31, April 1 – June 30, July 1 – September 30, October 1 – December 31 HOW TO ENTER Participants may enter the Sweepstakes using one of the following free methods: A. BUSINESS ENTRY METHOD Strawberry Ridge Village Residents may request one (1) free entry form in any 2 calender days per month from a participating business featured in the Sponsor’s business directory. B. MAIL-IN ENTRY METHOD Strawberry Ridge Village Residents may request one (1) free entry form in any 2 calender days per month by mailing a self-addressed stamped envelope to the address below. All completed entries must be mailed back via USPS to become offical: LOCAL LEDGER BUSINESS DIRECTORY CUSTOMER APPRECIATION SWEEPSTAKES 122 STRAWBERRY JUNCTION LANE, VALRICO FLORIDA 33594 Upon receipt of the self-addressed stamped envelope, Sponsor will mail an official entry form to the participant. ALL completed entries must include the date of entry, and participant's: full name, address, phone number, and email address (if available) and be received via USPS mail by end of the current quarter to be eligible for the next quarters drawing. ENTRY LIMIT Limit of six (6) entries/Quarter AND no more than two (2) entries/Month per person, regardless of entry method. Duplicates over six (6) entries/Quarter or more than two (2) entries/Month, or incomplete, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. PRIZES Two (2) winners will be selected each quarter. Each winner will receive one $25 gift card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $25. Total quarterly prize value: $50. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. WINNER SELECTION Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted within fourteen (14) days after the end of each quarterly Sweepstakes period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. WINNER NOTIFICATION Winners will be notified by phone, email, or mail using the contact information provided on the entry form. If a selected winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days, is found ineligible, or fails to claim the prize, an alternate winner may be selected. GENERAL CONDITIONS By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
